UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 7 Version 7 Support File Manager and Image Uploads

I followed one of Gizmo's posts (can't find it now) on how to set up image uploading and file manager. Did everything as suggested, but I see no "File Manager" or "Attachment Manager" on new/reply pages, as I do on new/reply pages here at UBB. Any suggestions as to what important switch or option I overlooked?
