As Ruben pointed out, license holders have access to a private landing page here at UBBCentral to download the software package, addons, and styles; as such, the licensed owner of the site will need to access it in order to update their stock styles or forum software (see the attached screengrab sample).
Additionally, other styles can be purchased or downloaded from 3rd parties (I for one offer several style options)
