This is a guessing game when trying to figure out what triggers the triggers.
Since we don't have a true cron based cache system.
But I would at least try clear cache in the cp.
But probably it will take a new registration to clean it up.
A long time ago in a far away galaxy when version 8 was on the horizon we were going to get a tool to run(schedule) those tasks instead of waiting on something to trigger them.
