in languages/english/admin/gallery.php
Remove the { (left curly brace) from the IMGPROC_DESC language string.
It is the only left curly brace within the entire file.

You can also use the Language Editor from within the admin Control Panel to make this correction
Control Panel > Languages > Search/Edit Languages
Choose admin/gallery.php
Modify the IMGPROC_DESC language string to remove the left curly brace as mentioned above
