First of all yes all versions are in the members area.
But only for the license holder and only up to the version he was paying for access.
I am not sure of the version you stated , could it be wwwthreads or classic not ubbthreads.
The difference is classic does not use mysql where wwwthreads and ubbthreads uses mysql.
As far as upgrading if you have classic you will need to upgrade to the last version then import to say ubb7.57 or 7.60 then to the current.
