No it looks right to me, the file was uploaded in Oct 2020 and it seems it has not changed since then.
I tend to delete the PM's that comes when a subscription has ended but I found one who was still in the inbox from August 2023 which was correct.
So from august last year until now something has happened.
I do remember seing this a while back but didn't react.
So when two faulty came a couple days ago I did react and posted the topic here.
So if paypal_ipn.php is correct then something else must be wrong.
It's difficult to test as one must have a subscription that ends to get a PM.
