UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing How Do I? New Admin Here

Hello,
I'm a new Admin for a new forum. Please be patient with me.

A) How do I create an HTML header to represent my group's identity at the top? I'm not a coder...
B) How do I create a piece of real estate below the header (or part of the header?) for my sponsors logos?

Thanks in advance.
