UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads Bug Reports Attaching images not working

I have tested over and over.
When i'm clicking on the "Select A File To Attach" button I can see that it start to process and the it turns white/blank.
any ideas out there what it could be?
I can create an account and set rights for you to test it if you like!
