UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads Bug Reports Non Bugs [NOTABUG] File in wrong folder in Distribution ? - ubbthreadsphp.inc.php

I downloaded ubbthreads-7-0-b3, unzipped and FTPed to my server.
I changed permissions per instructions and ran the install program.

When I run ubbthreads.php I recieve:

File not found: scripts/ubbthreadsphp.inc.php

I have searched the distribution and found that the file exists in the libs folder.

Ideas?
