I cannot get my generic footer to display. This is a site-wide footer, here is the code I am using:

<!-- MANDATORY FOOTER STARTS -->
<!--#include virtual="/orn/common/mainfooter.stm" -->
<!-- MANDATORY FOOTER ENDS -->
The hr displays but nothing else. The path is correct. This is just a 6.3 test board for now, url is
http://www.4x4wire.com/forums/categories.php?Cat=I tried removing the <!-- and no luck. Per Josh, I also dropped the code directly into the ubbt_footer template and no luck.
Any help is appreciated.
