This was some test code that was put in to showflat awhile back that I couldn't get working properly. Basically it is supposed to wrap lines that are beyond a certain number of characters and otherwise would not break to a new line. The problem is it ended up breaking the table cells under certain browsers and I still haven't figured out why.
