When a user clicks on an attachment, it does not open a new window for that attached document. Thus, if you close the attached document window, you close out of the forum as well. Is it possible to put some code into the program so that attachements open in a different window (ie--open a new browser)?
I am sure its an easy code change <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />
