Thanks Josh. I turned the search engine friendly URL's off and left it alone for a while. It never did correct itself, so I tried the SCRIPT_NAME. It was resolved immediately and everything is working fine. Any idea why PHP_SELF would not work? A configuration in the php maybe? I would hate to have to update it every time there is an upgrade, but wait?!?
