On step #8 of the installation instruction, I tried clicking on the Control Panel link, and I receive this message:
Warning: main(/www/u/p/pluscomm/public_html/ubbthreads/languages/english/admin/login.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /www/u/p/pluscomm/public_html/ubbthreads/admin/login.php on line 24
Can anyone tell me what's going on?
