I have changed my forum background to "black" to match other pages on my site. At the bottom of a topic file, I can not find where to change the text color.

http://www.arizona-skywarn.org The line of concern has three buttons [New Topic, Post a Poll, Post reply] and then four icons which right now has hidden test as I can not figure out how to change the text to another color.
