UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 6 Support Backing up Posts, Member Data etc?

Hi. I am about to transfer our site to a new server.

I've gone into admin and selected Content Management > Import/Export and selected all sections for Export (Member Data, Category Data, Forum Data, Message Data). What now? Do I need to FTP this backup data off our web site? If so, where do I find it?

Also, will this back-up remember our style (colour scheme, layout etc)?
