UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 5 Support General Settings Default PW not correct

I am attempting to the evaluation version and am gtting the message that the password I entered is not correct.
I am using Admin5/4tugboat
Is there anything I should be looking at.
I am hosted on Concentric(XO)and the do not allow CHMODing of files. Can some one guide me as to how to set permissions that equal CHMOD values.
