OK, I have been trying to fix this error for 2 weeks now. I upgraded from my hacked 5.45c, losing ALL of my many hacks trying to fix it and even inadvertently deleted some forums. I upgraded to 5.47a. No good. I then updated to 5.47d. No good. Everytime I try to "Update Threads", I get this error:
