UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 6 Support Select a Forum dropdown menu is empty

We upgraded our forum from 6.3.0.1 to 6.5 and everything seems to be working fine except the 'Select a Forum' dropdown menu. It isn't showing any categories or forums. Here's an example.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
