We have an intermittant problem where certain forums display an extra page after the first. Is this a bug? If not, what can be done about it. thanks......

Also is there a default setting for the 'page numbers to display' setting. i.e. last 2 days, 5 days etc..... If it's set higher say 45 days does it slow anything down?

It is difficult, if not completely impossible to properly diagnose most UBB problems without knowing which version of the UBB you are using, as well as the FULL URL to your ultimatebb.cgi file, (NOT a link to your webpage). Thanks for getting back to me. Version 6.01, the url is http://freeconservatives.com/cgi-bin/ubbcgi/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=forum&f=1. (address to the main forum). As I said, this is an intermittent problem. I have noticed the pages doubling in the other forums as well.

Setting it higher than 45 days doesn't slow things down a signifigant ammount.

Charles, he means that when you go to a thread and scroll down, you will see another instance of the same thread. Almost like a mirror. The page appears to generate a copy just below the original. Of course we still have that security issue where mods can access a secure forum they've been excluded from, as well.
