Software error:
Can't open 'E:/inetpub/stagedroot/support/webforum/cache-CEAH98VN/lock/global.cgi'. Permission was denied - please ask the administrator to check the permissions on that file/directory. The exact error returned by the operating system is: Permission denied

I've read that a potential fix is deleting the entire /lock directory, and that it will recreate itself. I tried that, but with no success. We're running WinNT. 6.7.0

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Please disregard. Write permissions had been removed for the IUSR_[machine] account to the webforum directory. Upon re-granting this permission, the forum functions fine.
