You'll want to upgrade first to the latest version prior to UBB.T7 (IE in classic you'll want to upgrade to 6.7.3, or in threads the latest 6.5 build) then upgrade to UBB.T7; this is a requirement as the importers where created to import specifically from these builds.

I am a Web Development Contractor, I do not work for UBBCentral. I have provided free User to User Support since the beginning of these support forums.
Do you need Forum Install or Upgrade Services?
