When pruning or mass moving topics from the CP, after you build your topic list it will show you all the posts that will be handled in this action. If you click on the topic itself it still points to the old url not the current. I just upgraded to 7.0.1 a few minutes ago and it's happening, I noticed this only a few hours ago while I was running 7.0 as well.
