This may be a very simple answer, but how do I post a table - I have tried using some html language but it did not work. Does anyone have an example that I could use?

I assume you mean using HTML tables in a post?

As an Admin or Mod you can by changing the "Markup" pulldown (above post options) to "using HTML". General users can't unless HTML is enabled in the forums, which isn't recommended unless you have a tight-knit group.
