I'll be honest, since I moved off of the .threads project I haven't had time to keep up as well as I would like. That makes me feel less helpful as I'd like to be. I kinda miss the downloadables, really.

Mark, here's a hint. The hardest thing you'll have to do is figure out what are they really asking. What do they need you to do or answer? Once you know that, the rest is easy. It might mean researching an answer, it might mean looking at your board to figure it out. Could be any of that or all of it. Thing is, if you know what they want to know it's the easiest thing in the world to give an answer. Finding the question now, that isn't the easiest thing in the world. Sometimes you have to ask the person several questions just to narrow down what it is they are asking of you. Don't let that bother you.
