But Googling images still makes you often go to the site to get the image. Thus disable java and java script in Firefox and shouldn't be an issue looking for images without getting whacked.

The site in my sig does not have them. I have them but I don't show anyone. I'll take a look at creating a page to show them.
You would then have to save to your site as I won't enable hot linking for them.
Might take a day or so before it's ready.

If you want the original you need to click on it and then click Save As for that image. The one with "tn_" prefaced are .jpg thumbnails and not the original GIF (many are animated so you would want the original)

Well I'm about 70 miles from Edwards Air Force base and I went outside but didn't hear any boom so I suppose it reached that speed and trajectory at a different location down around Mexico.

Only when the shuttle landed and i seen on the video feed
the people (Service) walk along side it,
that shuttle is huge.
Must have been the angle, but good to see its wheels on the ground.

I've seen it take off from Florida in person at a night launch. Listening to the radio the announcer says about a minute into the flight. "It's now crossing over the Cape of Africa". I'm like, no it's not, it's right there above me. The speed and arc of trajectory is amazing.
I've seen it land once here at Edwards as well. Though as many times as it's landed I've only heard it twice.
