Ipod's are lame, get a Create Labs device (nomad jukebox or the Zen), they're half the cost, twice the space, and have been available far longer :nods:

I have a nice Ipod, but I'm not sure why I would take a picture of it.

CutePro8 - I like a lot. Do you use CuteHTMLPro6? To be honest, I think it's overkill.

Nope, don't use CuteHTML. I quit using any type of actual editor for HTML long long ago

I was gonna get the 24" monitors, but went with the 22" widescreens instead.

Don't you use the in-built editor with Cute ftp? It's a cut down version of CuteHTMLPro - as such it's actually quite good! (As I say, the Pro version is overkill)

ah, yeah. I've used that a few times, when I'm doing an upgrade/install, download the file, edit in the editor and then reupload. Not much beyond that, so wasn't even aware that there was more to it than that.

I've turned down offers of larger screens, as I'm not really ready for them yet. Every time I get a bigger screen - I have to try to think what users of smaller screens are seeing - tricky! Remember when all you had to worry about was 1024 x 768 or 800 x 600 etc.......

Hey, are you like me and download (nearly) everything to your desktop to sort it out later. I am not a great lover of the windows MyDocuments folder.
To be honest, when I'm using Linux, I still use my desktop (as opposed to 'My Desktop'

Honestly, I'm so old fashioned.
I can't read on-line manuals - I need...
a book
a sofa
a beer (well several)
& I'm happy!
Anyone know Pratchett?

heh, barnes & noble loves me -- for some reason.
i'm kind of a combo bombo guy, where i like having books, but prolly get most of quickie reference stuff and code snippets online or from my /sd-toolbox/ directory.
my bookmarks to 'neat sh*t' were out of control too, until i found out about del.icio.us.. now with tags and bundles, i have 1000s of bookmarks in a neat/tidy quick ref..

Likewise, but I do like my
book for reference.
I kind of scan the book, then try to use the knowledge on the 'net.
Perhaps then I'll use the book and a mix of other scripts from the 'net to get to where I want.

I need to look into this for sure....
