Forgive me if this question has already been answered, I couldn't find it when I searched.
I've created custom pages for my chat and instant messenger in 7.1.1, and they're working well. How do I get the Who's Online page to reflect that users are on the chat/IM pages, and since they are on those pages a while, how to keep refreshing that status?
Also, how to get "breadcrumbs" to reflect correct page?
Thanks in advance for suggestions.

I believe it's as easy as setting the title and adding a wordlet; take a look at UBBDev at my pJIRC mod, it should show in the WOL due to the "editing" steps

Ah, I wish I had seen your mod before I figured it out myself; would have saved time. Okay, I added the title and the wordlet and when users hit the page they get added to the WoL; that's great. But they scroll off even when they stay in chat. Is there any way I can get their status to refresh so that their online presence is updated...? Thanks.

I believe they scroll off due to the "Who's Online Timeframe:" setting in the CP. CP -> Display Options -> General -> Primary Tab -> Who's Online Dropdown

Hmmm. yes, that was my point. I want to refresh their status so that as long as they are chatting online on my site, their status appears as online in the Who's Online page. As long as they are still online chatting actively on my site, I don't want them to scroll off.

I don't believe that's possible, the system tracks the user as they enter new pages; if they're stuck on a page (reguardless of what they're doing there) they're not navigating around so theres no real way to track if they're still there or if they've gone offsite or closed their browser there...
