Im getting bounce emails to my admin account because users old email addresses in their profiles haven't updated them. Is there a way, to suspend a user, so they can update their email address, before they are able to post?
The only options I see are Ban,unban,email and edit user profiles.

You could just ban their account; then they have to contact you first...

What would be nice is if we could delete the email address from such users.
When they logged on, they would be notified that they do not have a current email address.
They would then have to fill in a new email address, get it verified, once verified then they can carry on using the forums.

When they logged on, they would be notified that they do not have a current email address. I like this idea - perhaps they could see a screen saying something like.... "Please enter a valid email address before posting." or "You will be unable to post until you enter a new email address"

That is what I was proposing.
Likewise linked to this if they change their email address, then they ought to have to verify this.

i do like this idea; have it in a big box at the top so they notice it:
