FAQ titles/questions clickable to open answer

Clicking on the entire question/title should open up the answer, not just the tiny plus sign in the front.

I believe it was previously discussed that it could use another update to make it easier to view. When that will be done I'm not sure.

Makes complete sense, in fact, the file I sent Rick I'll shove that in... I even have it so it still changes the + to a - when expanded wink
