I'm afraid not, just the display name.
(Well not through the CP, dunno if it's possible via phpMyAdmin. Anyone?)

the KEY is that the NewUsername be unique..

this is the name that the user logs in as..

the display name is a different beast and can already be changed in the admin cpanel or (if enabled) the user can change it themselves in their profile
