UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 7 Version 7 Support Problem with CAPTCHA or problem with permissions?

I've got a weird problem.. might be a bug, might be something to do with the new permissions that i just cant work out.

The gallery forums have CAPTCHA set to 1 for "Users" only, everyone else is set to 0.

Everyone is asked to enter the image when they post, even admins, mods..

Bug or setting I have missed?

I think this might be a bug, or at least a bug on some setups, as I've seen this happen on one site I worked on. I need to look into this a bit more to figure out for sure.
