Currently, if users attached a photo, it is not showing up as an image w/in the post (it's shown as an attachment only). What settings do I need to adjust to make attachment photo's show up as images within posts?

That would be in your group settings, I have had this problem all ready with a single user I have had this problem with a single user I had in multiple groups.

You need to increase the attachment size to enable it to be visible as an image.

CP > Display Options > General > Primary (tab) > Topic Display Options > Max Size for inline uploaded images

I have mine set to 524288 so any image attachment up to 500k will display inline as an image and anything over that will display as an attachment.
