Noted on 7.5 that if you edit your profile now. You get a error message that you have a invalid password when you submit. So you have to go back and re-type your password in the password fields. Even though the field are populated already.
Actually I think I noticed this prior to 7.5 but only intermittent. ( Not sure)

I think this is just a firefox 3.0.6 issue with stored passwords. When you go to your profile it looks like it inserts your browser stored password in the password field then picks up the hashed verify password field. So when you submit the passwords don't match. Then the stored password in firefox seems to change to something like 123456789123456789 which is not correct. So if you log out then back in the browser stored password is incorrect. This does not happen in ie7

Hmm, might have to change the form field name before release. Both are supposed to be set to the 1234 string when the form loads. Definitely Firefox autofilling that field, so will need to change the name probably to keep that from happening.

Well, even that doesn't look like it's going to fix it. Firefox will store the password no matter what the field is named and then auto-fill it.

Looks like we're going to have to specify autocomplete='off' for that individual field.

I hope this is a simple fix. With my users low level of computer literacy . It would be a endless support circle for me. I gave up helping them with IE so I always ask them to install Firefox. Which usually ends up with a rash of how do I questions to install and use anyway.

Yeah, adding autocomlete='off' to the ChosenPassword field seems to fix it.
