I think was was covered somewhere but can't seem to find it.If there was a resolution.
Using ie7 when viewing topics with code quotes wih one line this is what I see.
If the quoted code is more than one line then you can read it. Otherwise the only way to see the contents is to pretend to reply using quote.

"Yet another IE Quirk" comes to mind... I really hope that if we roll out another IE specific "fix" that we use tags that target ONLY that, vs forcing all browsers to have to target the same "look"...

EX:
Code
	<!--[if IE]>
		<link rel="stylesheet" href="/forums/styles/ieisretarded.css?v=7.5" type="text/css" />
	<![endif]-->

agree with the gizz0r... ideally, we should have:

HTML
<!--[if lte IE 6]>
...ie6minus.css
<![endif]-->
<!--[if IE 7]>
...ie7.css
<![endif]-->
<!--[if IE 8]>
...ie8.css
<![endif]-->

and slowly, over time maybe IE 8 would converge with other browsers @ css3 and we wouldn't need any MORE conditionals..

With the way we currently do the code boxes I can't really fix this by doing CSS trickery. However, I have altered the way the code boxes are formatted. This will fix the issue in IE. When viewing in Firefox it will add one empty line at the bottom of the code, but that's better than not being able to see it in IE wink

With the 8.0 update we'll get this fixed properly.

As an IE6 and 7 user, I thank you!
