I use a Canon 40D currently. It's digital. I've read of photographers shooting B&W in-camera but it gives you so many fewer options in post-production. I prefer to shoot in color and adjust to B&W in post if I feel like I like the look better.
There's nearly an infinite variety of B&W conversions, not all look very good on a lot of images.
