How to Disable PM's?

Where in the CP to I go to temporarily disable Private Messsages for a particular group of members?

I've looked high and low and can't find it.

I am using 7.3.1

Okay with your version there should be at least two settings.
» Control Panel » Site Permissions
In 7.5x there are three.
