UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing How Do I? Embedding UBBt in Wordpress?

Apologies if this isn't the most appropriate place to post this...

Does anyone have any experience with embedding UBBt in a Wordpress 2.7 environment? By Embedding, I mean showing the WP header above the forum and loading all WP plugins so that they may be used in custom islands.

I am most of the way there (after much battling with URL rewriting), except that logging-in doesn't work and the shoutbox is always empty.

Any input of article references would be very welcome.

Not too sure I can offer much assistance on that one. Shoutbox being empty, make sure that you still have this line towards the footer:

<script type="text/javascript">getShouts(0);</script>

That's responsible for actually grabbing the latest shouts and populating the shoutbox.

As for logins not working, really hard to say. I'd look and make sure cookies are being set properly for starters.
