UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads Version 7/8 Support Deleting "Send a PM" link

Hi

when viewing messages, users can send a PM to someone else by clicking on the username to the left of the post and then clicking on the "Send a PM" in the dropdown that appears.

I would like to get rid of that "Send a PM" link.

Can anyone tell me how I would do that?

Thank you

Currently the dropdown looks like:

View Profile
Edit User
Send a PM
Add to Watched Users
View Posts

Want to delete the Send a PM option

This is actually in the scripts/showflat.inc.php script. About line 985 is where you'll see the line of code that has the SEND_PM link. You can just comment that out.

Hi there

Thank you. I have looked but I don't seem to be able to find that. Can you elaborate a bit on what the actual code is?

Thanks

OK OK got it sorted. Thanks
