I've discovered that the link to the "Installation Guide" is broken on this page:
https://www.ubbcentral.com/doc_import.php

The page it tries to go to seems to have a typo:
https://www.ubbcentral.com/}/doc_install.php

Since I and others would like to see the instructions before placing an order, fixing this might improve your sales.
