How do I remove just the version number and display footer as "powered by ubbthreads"

I am not looking for branding free just want to remove the number "7.5.4.2" so footer reads Powered by UBBthreads.

You can edit the footer.tpl file. You'll see where it says {$VERSION}. You can remove that.
