Today I put in a support ticket and Rick responded within minutes. What I am sure he thought would just take a little time took a span of 3+ hours. We emailed back and forth I was on the phone with the Domain host. I was at the best saying I was under the weather today, so I typed in my domain name and or folder name wrong can't even remember which, but Rick changed the setup in the forum with the bad info I gave him. Once I figured that out, got some stuff straightened out on domains, Rick went in and changed the set up with the correct Info.
WOW, I am impressed. I have this type of support as long as I pay the small fee of what is it $59 a year, after my first full year of support.
I saw that on vB's (cough) lower end that they give you a whopping 30 days of support.
Also for little fixes here and there you can't beat the support forum. But when it is more than a little fix, the Support Ticket System is the BEST.
