Well, theres two options, you could import your IPB to PHPBB then PHPBB to UBB.Threads, or wait for Rick and co to pump out an IPB converter...
Rick said it shouldn't take too long to pump a new one out though

Our license is not due for renewal for a few months from now, I believe, February 2011. Is it possible to renew now at the Sale Price for license beginning in Feb 2011?

Hi Bob,
If you already have a license, then you don't need to purchase a new one to renew it. You'd just need to purchase members area access which is $59, and that is always added to the end of the current expiration.

you have to provide your own hosting.. then you install it yourself (or hire someone to do it for you)
