Hi there,

Just finished adding v7.3 UBBthreads forum to one of my sites, templates and css have been quite heavily customised to shoehorn in the style used on the rest of the site. Got a couple of outstanding issues to resolve but I think it looks quite nice...

Great job! cool I'm jealous of your css skills... but after almost 7 years my members would probably have a fit if I changed it dramatically... laugh

I have just upgraded templates to 7.5.2 and used jQuery to make a nice carousel out of the gallery island on my homepage. Works well.

Looking forward to ubbthreads v8 with its new div/css based layout - will put some jQuery javascript loveliness and shadowbox lightbox popups in if needed once its released and maybe supply some of the customised code back to the community (probably on ubbdevelopers site though).

Carousel here (3rd column)...

Forums here...

would you be willing to share how you did the jQuery thing fo rhte photos? I have been wanting something like that.

That is a very nice, tight integration of a forum with the rest of your site. I'm used to seeing jarring differences between a site and its forum.

Prolly one of the nicest looking sites I've seen.. It prompted me to mention your site as an example of how to do it right at my site (still developing it right now).

jQuery as a framework is really cool and I use it as well for both the Wordpress portal and the forum (menus).

I finally ditched scriptaculous laugh

Very nice design. Definitely one of the best that I've come across.
