We finally found it. When the forum was first set up, it was hit and miss and apparently we had one that did not have verdana in the style settings for default. And that one was the one that was used when we standardized all of them tonight.
In case anyone else has the problem, it is style settings, general css properties, body, font-family. Our members like Verdana better than Arial. Right now we are at 10Pt but will try 11Pt soon.

The lady who found where to edit it is ArigonRising and she is very sharp.
The next deal we are going to look at is how to search by thread number. THAT is really needed by our mods. We are already up to 300-400 or more posts a day and it is a real pain to find a post you need to look at for possible moderation. We have only been online since roughly Sept 1 - and at this rate, it wouldn't surprise me to be dealing with 700 -800 posts a day by the middle of January.
