Is it possible to have 3 forums on different pages and login with the same login?
I want to have 3 themed forums on different pages but I also want for people to jump from one forum to the next being able to stay logged in for all three while using the same handle/name. Is this possible?

Why not just setup 3 different categories, and link to each category for each "page"; then one forum install, one license... IIRC each forum can have its own style, so you could make each area have a different look...
Keep in mind that you're allowed one install per license; if you have 3 installs you'll need 3 licenses to not be in violation of the license terms...

Ok that seems like it will work and I can set a link to each category. The problem I'm having now is that the stylesheets are not changing for each forum.

Dumb question, did you set a separate style for each forum in the forum settings?

I did and that seems to work but you can only set one style for all of the category pages under general which is creating quite a problem.

Well, you could try just assigning 3 "forums" to a category, and then style those forums (one forum for each "section" then assign other forums to those aforementioned forums (as a category), and it may work better...

-Forum A
--Sub Forum 1
--Sub forum 2
-Forum B
--Sub Forum 1
--Sub forum 2
-Forum C
--Sub Forum 1
--Sub forum 2
Forums A-C are your sections
