1. Can we turn off sigs in the forum for registered members, and be able to turn sigs back on for a selected few?
2. Is it possible to get a button that links to smileys/greamlins in the shout box?

Signatures would be done with site permissions per group.
I just started on that in the wiki but you can give it a shot.

As far as a smiley for the shout box that is currently a mod.
I don't recall where at the moment but check sirdude.com or ubbdev.com.
