My guess is that your site is experiencing spurts of high activity that is causing your site to consume too much memory on the shared hosted server.

Copy that error message into a support ticket with your host and see what their response is.

Doubt it is an issue with UBB.

You could check your logs for a particular spider at about the time that the error occurred.

It's a host error, ask if they can increase the amount of memory that apache can access
