Since going to Win 8 and hence IE 10, my forum now displays with text centered and I cannot find a way to return it to display text left.

Any help?

By the way Allen, did you go one layer deep? The opening screen is left justified for me too but going to any topic and it becomes centered.

I did, tho the one topic I looked at looked centered in firefox as well.

When I did my upgrade things were wonky too - check your wrappers in the style section (mine switched from the default wrapper to the light one), I think they may have defaulted to one with centered text.

Pardon my ignorance, Allen, what is a ":wrapper"?

When you use a style it uses a wrapper file.
Seen by when you edit a style in the ubb cp. It is a tab to the right.

Thanks Ruben. Still can't figure this out. Appears correctly in Firefox but no IE 10 so I am guessing it is an IE issue

Because I like to see how others designed their sites and forums I looked too - Bad news is the text is centered in posts and side boxes for me too and I am using IE9

But it does seem to be an IE issue and any suggestions are very welcome.

I do not understand wrappers enough to know what to do.

edit your styles/common.css

add

Code
td {text-align:left; }

to the bottom
