Hey all,

I recently moved my board to a different domain using the same database. Everything seems to be working except the images are all missing. The url it is trying to add a slash "/". For example: domain.com/forums/images//toggle_open.gif

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

More info would help ,like a url.
But anyway it sounds like you have some incorrect new paths saved to the config.inc.php file.
If you can access the ubb control panel you may just need to review every item and re-save.
Probably is a style issue for location of the images.

The board is located here at its new location: http://arpeggioentertainment.com/forums/melanie/ubbthreads.php?ubb=cfrm

The first time I noticed the issue, I was going through panels and noticed the Graemlins were all missing. Trying to load it gave me this URL: http://arpeggioentertainment.com/forums/melanie/images//eek.gif

The mood icons however, do appear as expected.

The admin panel images all load. I went to styles and chose ubbthreads_stock as the default and active style. The URL's in the config file all look perfect. Not sure where to turn next.

Okay it appears to be what I thought a styles issue.
Meaning missing files or settings.
There are image links.
Goto Control Panel » Styles
Select edit for whatever is your default style.
Then on the top left select the first item
Name, Images & Wrapper
Look and see what is listed for the images items.
Usually it is default unless you are using a custom style.
So that would mean that:
domain.com/forums/images//toggle_open.gif
Should be:
domain.com/forums/images/general/default/toggle_open.gif
I tried that and the file does not exist.
So that means either both your setting is wrong or you never moved that folder to your new site.

I am not sure what the melanie folder is all about. but probably adds to the issue.

PS,
http://arpeggioentertainment.com/forums/melanie/images/general/default/toggle_open.gif
seams to be the path to that folder that I just found.
So you need to fix the path in the styles or move the files to the default path

The more I think about this you need to delete the melanie folder if that is what you want to use to:
http://arpeggioentertainment.com/melanie/forums/images/general/default/toggle_open.gif
You can't have it as a sub forum of forums.

I appreciate the help. I went to Styles>Name Images & Wrapper. Everything says default in there. I'm sure you're right. The only thing I kept was the database. All the html directory is completely clean.

I removed the extra melanie directory and reset all the paths. Same issue. I also went into the database tables. Poking around there didn't turn anything interesting up.

Might it be necessary to reset the styles completely? What would happen if I delete the ubbt_STYLES table?

Here is the current link: http://arpeggioentertainment.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=cfrm

Problem with screwing with styles is it is stored in the db but it looks at a custom css file on the server.
It is better to import a style that edit tables.
If you start playing with the tables for it ????

Seems to be a correct path now possibly now you need to edit the config.inc.php file again since the paths have changed.

Don't forget you have a sessions folder url in the config file that must be edited it is not in the control panel.

FYI for others.
I got cp access and found that the styles did not have a active style defined.
There was a default but no active style selected.
Even though I did clear cache though.
It appears to have resolved the issue.
